SHARNA SANGAMA  is a monthly program conducted at different places on different dates. All Basava Kendras conduct this program. At Chitradurga Math, the Head quarter of Basava Kedras, it is conducted on 5^th of every month. On this day discourses and discussions on the preachings of a particular Sharana shall be conducted. The purpose of this Sangama is to find solutions to the contemporary problems of society and to know how best we can adopt these preaching in our daily life.

MASS MARRIAGE   Program is conducted on 5^th of every month. It is a popular program today. On an average, about 100 couples enter into married life without any expenses. It has become a boon for those who are ill afford to bear the cost of marriage.  People from all class, caste and creed enjoy this facility. More than 1,20,000 such marriages have been taken place so far. It includes inter caste marriage and widow marriages also.

SAHAJA SHIVAYOGA   is a meditation training cum personality development program. Meditation on Isthalinga is conceived by Sri Swamiji to develop concentration, confidence and creativity in the seekers. It shall be conducted for all age groups.

People from all walks of life participate in this program. Sir Swamiji conducts about 50 such programs every year. The duration of training period covers from 3 to 5 days. It is also called as a stress management course. Isthalinga initiation shall  also be given at the beginning of this program.

TRANSFORMATION   is a special program to transform the minds of prisoners in jails to enable them to take up new life after the completion of the tenure of their conviction. It has been conducted at jails located in Districts HQs including the Central Jail, Bangalore. It is a 5 to 8 days program in which prisoners would be taught Sahaja Shivayoga, trained to present skits and stage drama, convinced to give up bad habits, advised to take right path in the  life  and emulate the life of Sharanas.

MANEYALLI MAHAMANE  would be  conducted at the houses of those  who are desirous of inviting Sri Swamiji to their houses on occasions like marriage, naming ceremony of children, anniversary, death ceremony, etc. In this program, Sri Swamiji and a specially  invited guest  speaker would deliver lecture and allow discussion to enlighten the members of the family and the gathering subjects like family welfare, child  care, mutual understanding, communal harmony, etc. are some of the topics to be considered these occasions. Depending upon the availability of space and time Sri Swamiji plants a seeding at that house to commemorate the occasion.

MAHA DASOHA  is a program of offering free food to the visitors of Math every day. It is also a part of mass-marriage program. This program is an important activity in every lingayeth Math, which is being sincerely implemented in the Math.

BASAVASHREE AWARD is established for the purpose of recognizing and rewarding the great personalities like researchers, scholars, social workers who work for the propagation and practise of Sharanas Culture and philosophy. It carries Rs. 1 Lakh cash and a citation. Persons like Anna Hazare, Medhapatker, His Holiness Sri Dalai Lamaji, Vandana shiva, Subhash Palekar, Shabana Azmi  have been conferred with this award.

CULTURAL ACTIVITIES   are the routine program of Sri Math.  Swamiji has started a fine arts institution in the name of "Jagdguru Murugharajendra Kalaloka" (JAMURA Kalaloka) to present skits, act plays, and organize musical concerts.  Vachana literature and contemporary problems are the basic theme of these activities. 

The team of artists of Jamura Kalaloka has given  hundreds of shows  so far. The melody of music, performance of trained and dedicated performers have  gained wide appreciation. Sri Swamiji provides literature for these skits and other cultural activities.

SPORTS ACTIVITIES  are encouraged by Sri Swamiji every year during Sharana Sanskriti Utsav  a South Indian level Wrestling Competition held in the Math. Sri Swamiji himself take part in various adventure activities like trekking water sports and witness rock climbing demonstration organized by the SJM Hobby and Adventure Academy which is functioning under SJM Vidyapeetha. Sri Math also conducts different games tournament every year which is popularly called as Jamura Cup Contest.

SJM PUBLICATIONS  is the publication division of Sri Math. It brings out books, news letters and periodicals. Sri Swamiji  himself has written about 40 books. Being with you, Around Us, Waves of thoughts, Revolutionary Sayings, The Path of Transformation, From within, An Anthology of Vachanas, Eight Fold Path of Meditating on Isthalinga, Towards Light, and Moving Around the World are the some of his works well known all over. It also publishes every year, the literature relating to Vachana Kammata Examination.

ABODE FOR ORPHAN CHILDREN AND OLD AGE PEOPLE  is created in Chitradurga Math and Belur Math in Kodagu District. The orphanage consists of children from the age groups of three months to 16 years. Babies discarded due to various reasons like female baby, baby born on inauspicious time etc. are being nursed carefully in the Math. Arrangement is made for their formal and informal education.
